  Blake Pledger from A1 Garage Services came out today for a tune-up on my garage (which is over 60 years old), and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He was fantastic—honest, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. What I appreciated most was that he didn’t try to oversell anything. He understood we have future renovation plans and focused on what was actually needed to keep the garage running reliably in the meantime. He identified a few key issues, fixed them at a fair price, and really took the time to dial everything in. The garage is now working better than it has in years. Highly recommend A1 Garage Services—and Blake specifically—for anyone looking for trustworthy, high-quality service.

He showed up on time, listened carefully to everything I was looking for, and didn’t just offer a single solution—he provided multiple options to address the issues, which I really appreciated. He communicated clearly throughout the process and did a great job coordinating with the sales team to ensure everything aligned with what I needed. It was obvious he genuinely cared about getting it right. Blake also has a great personality for client-facing work—professional, approachable, and easy to talk to. Because of my experience with him, I wouldn’t consider going to another company for garage door work.   My technician, Blake Pledger was amazing! For the start, he was very communicative and punctual for our appointment. Upon arrival he was extremely professional. Since my old unit (wiring) was so antiquated, he had to get creative. He explained to me what the fix would be and made sure I was okay with the aesthetics before proceeding. Before choosing my replacement motor, he was very thorough with showing me my options and explaining the differences. A1 Garage Door Service made a very wise choice in hiring Blake! Exemplary service and professionalism in all aspects of my experience!

  After encountering an issue with our garage door, we got a visit from. Stephen Anderson who was incredibly helpful in presenting us with various options. He was very knowledgeable and thorough with his analysis and presentation. I've never met someone who made such a fantastic effort to get to know their client and understand their wants, needs, and limitations. I truly felt like he left no stone unturned in trying to find the best fit for us. Absolutely wonderful guy with real knowledge and genuine care. A1 has got a winner in Stephen. Please request him for your service if at all possible. He'll take good care of you.

  Our house was built in 1978. And is in much need of maintenance makeover and TLC. The garage door hasn’t worked in nearly two years. My Dad still lives in the home. A1 Garage Door Service came out and replaced springs • rollers • garage door opener all on the same day. The process was seamless. Thorough inspection • explanation • installation. Every step was described. Since this was a large project it took about 4 hours. Rodrigo Gabrielli was very polite • eager • knowledgeable. He spoke with passion about the service he provided. He spoke very slowly for 73 old Dad. Overall we are completely satisfied customers
