Luckily a friend had used UWRG before and told us about them. Tim came in and saved the day! While the situation was extremely stressful, he did his best to make it as stress free as possible. He was professional, knowledgeable, and fast, and he didn’t leave a giant mess behind him after he was done. 10/10 stars! If you’re on the fence, call them and ask for Tim. You won’t regret it!

It was late in the evening when we called, but Tim was thorough and not in a hurry to get done even though it was after midnight when he left. He documented and took pictures to send to the insurance company. He helped carry a rug out to the garage, treated with an anti-microbial solution and put fans out there to dry it. He also brought in fans and dehumidifiers to remove the moisture and dry the walls. I would recommend this company based on the service we received from this employee. He has returned each day to check on the progress of drying everything out.

James did a free inspection and was able to locate the mold in our bathroom. They took care of it for a very reasonable price. I was supplied with before and after pictures which was very reassuring. The process was quick and easy for the homeowner. Everyone on the team was very courteous and seemed like very nice people. I highly recommend this company!

We called a couple of companies for quotes and we found this one to be the most reasonable and knowledgeable. Tim arrived on time and after hearing him explain the potential causes and how to address we knew right away this was the right company! They walked us through every step of the way and kept the place clean after every visit. What could’ve been a stressful nightmare turned into a smooth very relaxed stress free process. Thanks again Tim!
