My husband and father in law picked up the scissor lift without incident even receiving help from united rental with loading. The entire process from pick up to drop off was seamless with fair pricing. The scissor lift came through our door with ease and although we were concerned with damage to our wood floors, we did not experience any issue (the machine has rubber wheels). We will definitely use united rental in the future.
