Very surprisingly, a gentleman working there (didn’t catch his name) walked out to our truck and apologized for the delay, which doesn’t happen often in trucking. Not only did her apologize, but he gave us a gift card. Let me also mention that there were three 53 foot trailers ahead of ours and they only were using one dock. We were still gone within three hours and they were unloading nonstop without a break which we were so appreciative of. I will never turn down a load to this place. A +++++++
