- YZYasmin ZarateApr 4, 20231.0the first time i came to this company. Builders firstSource at 2230 Avenue J st, Arligton. terrible customer service the lady at the front desk her name "ivon". She said that I have a boy who can help you. I waited for more than 20 minutes and no one showed up. Definitely, I do not recommend that they come to this location because the service is terrible and the wait in case they feel like serving the client is too long.

The whole company doesn't care about the customer at all they are selfish. I was approached by a sales man Eric Bowman by a phone call, he was friendly of course. I Choose them because I was told I will get the material in a certain day. Once I paid I was told they can't deliver until the check has processed which maybe 2weeks. If I would of known that I would have paid with a cashier's check. Eric said he will go at the work site to keep the materail going and check on the arrival of the material, he only went once, when the 1st batch arrived maybe drove by only afterwards. and that's it he never asked the framers if they needed anything. I had to call him to get the other batch out there. I was straight up at asking him if he was one of the ppl who doesn't answers phone calls or ignore the calls ect. And he was like no no I will call back if don't answer, which was not true, he was always at a "meeting." Even picking up the left over material was a headache it took almost 2 months to get picked up, called Eric many times and messaged him about but no call back or messaged back. And when someone went out there to pick up they looked around the garage and didn't see it and was about to leave, but my husband stopped them. Now trying to get refund for the leftovers nobody calls me back it has been about 3 weeks since leftovers were picked up. Leaving voicemail at their office but no call back.
