  All Pro Floors did a great job on our remodel. New floors for entire house, plus countertops and backsplash. The staff was easy to work with and installation was problem-free. We will definitely use them for any future projects.

  Beware. I am an Interior Designer and hired this company to demo hardwood floors, install new floors, sand, stain and finish. I am very detail oriented and asked that the flooring guys tape off my shoe mould so dark stain didn’t get on them. They failed to do this and what resulted was stain all over shoe mould and baseboards and door jambs. Huge issue. I also asked if we should remove my dishwasher and Ilve range since it was elevated on legs and they assured me that they would do it in a clean, professional way. Honestly, it looked like a five year old did it. Once painting of baseboards began, their painter was annoyed almost every day. Said he was having to fix the bad work of previous contractors. This is often the fact as painters are typically the last in. He complained that Hayden (sales person and PM) does not return to the project when there are issues. This is correct. Said other employees (Phil) did show when customers had issues. When I brought this to the attention of Dawn who I believe is the owner, she says they don’t manage the projects. Go figure. Said they have subs that they trust and don’t need to show their faces even if there are issues. This practice is completely wrong and foreign to me. Their payment policy is 50% down and 50% upon completion. Pretty standard. I paid them half down. I then paid them another 25% because the fix was taking a long time. Before the project was complete, Hayden informs me I need to pay the balance. I told him I was not comfortable doing this until project was complete. He sent me a collection notice. When I called to speak to Dawn, she couldn’t care less how messed up the project had gone. No apologies for anything. Instead, she threatens me. Says if I do not pay, they will put a mechanics lien on my home. I sent her many pictures of the sloppy work, and no response. She lacks business acumen in a major way. Would not use this company again. Too many good companies to deal with this.

  We could not be happier with our recent experience using AllProFloors!! We recently purchased a home that was in desperate need of new flooring. We contacted Mr. Phil at AllPro and he took care of us with exemplary customer service and communication the entire way. This is especially notable because we were doing this work over the Christmas holidays. Despite that, Mr. Phil and his team were efficient and driven, getting our flooring project completed in just about 3 weeks from initial consult to work finished.

  Wonderful experience from start to finish. Phil helped us choose new flooring to replace our old carpet as well as new carpet for the master bedroom. Both crews were exceptional in their timeliness and professionalism. They offered to start work on a weekend which allowed the entire project to be finished 2 days ahead of schedule. I highly recommend this company if you are planning any flooring project!!
