- EWElvira White-Lewis3 days ago1.0I purchased this spec home September 2023 for $425,000 and it has been a nightmare. I added over $50,000 of my cash into upgrades. Thought this would be my final retirement home. Changing the name 3 times does not make quality better. 2 weeks in sewage system failed. 9 months afterward roof caving in and too many other things to list in this review. My mortgage has just been sold and they have the value at $371,000. Most homes in Anna Ranch has lost value. The HOA continues to go up with nothing to show for it. If you are considering buying in Anna Ranch, RUN as fast as you can unless you want to be stuck with substandard building and never getting out if you don’t want to lose your shirt. I have spent my own money to bring this up to standard that one can live in.

Despite the high cost, the quality of construction is extremely disappointing. Your 60-day and 11-month warranty is essentially worthless, as every time I submit a ticket, you deny coverage. We had a leak over our garage that was difficult to pinpoint. Your warranty person came, claimed to have fixed it, but it still leaked during the next rain. Now, mold is growing, and despite submitting another ticket, you have yet to address it. While your homes may look nice on the surface, they are poorly built, and your customer service is appalling. I have all our conversations recorded and will pursue legal action if this issue is not resolved immediately. I regret buying a home from your company and strongly advise others to avoid your homes unless significant improvements are made.
