  DO NOT BUY HOME THERE.at least not from BEAZER. all we got is issues. first general contractor does not know how to communicate. what you see in model home is not what you are going to get. they don't mention even that change during design appointment. They use cheap material and cheap labor and you can tell. Our grass was laid or maybe i should say not laid in half of our backyard. we were supposed to give it time and fertilize just for our GC to drop a flyer that after closing they are not responsible for that- by the way in his report he wrote that this was his way of discussing matter with the buyer... He texted my husband and I that they take care of spec homes thru third party and new builds are not taken care of at all. so if you buy buy spec home as they take care of them and not your new build. Beazer office representative at the model home (lady) has zero knowledge about neighborhood. Just told me that the water is provided by city of Anna-and it is not!!! Trash is literally your problem and they wont tell you about it until you close cause now its your problem not theirs They waited with our celebration walk thru till our closing date and did NOT fix any issues that we marked with the tape but simply just took tape off the walls and GC cant get on hold of his workers i.e. painters. it is on us as we trusted them they wont lie to us and here we are bunch of things need to be fixed and all we do is call warranty and schedule repairs. We were told after inspection that cracked wood in our construction is nothing major. Or that missing singles on our roof are not a big issue. tile in the bathroom that we upgraded was laid uneven, and simply quick job to say the least. Please do yourself a favor and DON'T buy home from Beazer at least not in Churchill neighborhood. Great sales people-will tell you everything you want to hear especially when you are first time home buyer and has limited knowledge on how buying house process looks like..
