  Usually every thing/everyone is so helpful. Yet, today I go in and I had a list of items. I found most items by myself. However , I had few questions. I stood at the cash registers for nearly 10 mins. Finally someone asked how can I help you? I needed help with some ROPE. I got help with that and then went around back where my trailer was parked. The guys who worked here loaded my trailer by simply throwing the boards on there, no stacking, no organization . I wish I had a picture. Absolutely horrible customer service and safety others . How can one strap this down. I went inside and got the man who says was in charge. This is unacceptable and this is how I get treated after spending 400$ on merchandise. Yet restacked everything myself . No help from all the helpful people inside. Thanks a lot guyin charge sitting in that corner square. I hope people see this and go to Lowe’s. Absolute bs

  OK place to find what you need. Asked for a cart since I was buying large bags of fertilizer and potting soil, etc. Grumpy lady took me to very back of store to see their 2 carts from 1950. Was told I didn’t need one. This is now my last resort store. I’ll drive twice as far to go to Ace in Alvin where people act like they want to help you.
