The units seem pricy, but with a 20 year lifespan and a baked in “99 year” warranty covering essentially two unit replacements, plus updating the current duct system to ensure proper functionality (as it’s own charge) when I didn’t even think to ask?? I imagine this will be a very worthwhile purchase. I will update again when our new unit is installed.

What I appreciated most was that he never pressured me about finances or tried to push unnecessary services. He simply gave honest information and let me make the decision that worked best for my situation. That kind of integrity means a lot.
