  We ordered a picture window from Veteran Home Exteriors a year ago, paying a nearly $1,000 deposit, then waited having an 8-10 week estimate to get them in. Over three months later and having heard nothing, we tried contacting him. Sometimes he'd answer and give some excuse like blaming the factory, or say he'd call us back tomorrow then never doing so, but often wouldn't answer calls or respond to voicemails, texts, or emails. We tried contacting him dozens of times over months, and the number of interactions was maybe 5 at most. He literally took our money and ran. Finally had to do a chargeback through the bank to get the deposit back.
