- GSGet SmashDDec 15, 20252.0Telehandler was nice, but the customer service was terrible. We rent forklifts pretty often in Lubbock. We were not informed that there would be a price increase until after the job. They charged us almost double the price. They charged my card without sending me a bill or invoice! When I called to get this fixed they did not care to fix it. We will be using Rayburn Rentals from now on

The only thing I would suggest is that the service records be shared with our maintenance department in a better manner. I have seen communications between Samet and the service department in the past that suggest we are not getting them, or getting them late. Overall, we really are impressed with Phil and his work with us.
