The video recording appears to show no issues. The technicians were all polite and professional. It’s frustrating to have a problem that is not there when a plumber comes.

Didn’t get any appointment time just said they’d come by that day. I received a call at 4 pm that they weren’t going to make it. I had no time to call any other plumbers to come take a look. Had I known sooner I wouldn’t have wasted my whole day waiting. Then when they were going to reschedule for another day, they couldn’t give me a time when they’d arrive on that day either. Hard to schedule things around that and had a whole day open just for them to not even show up. Very frustrating when I wasn’t given enough time to even schedule someone else to come out. They charge a $99 service fee which I was happy to pay for someone to just come look at the water heater.
