Problem was the cost, about double to install a kitchen drain cleaner vs Lowe’s, etc. I suspect too much overhead for a plumbing company. Part cost about $400, total cost about $1400. Surely not paying service technician $1000 for a 1-2 hour job!

The blockage was in line under my house and after clearing he even checked to be sure my kitchen sink was draining good. I give both these guys a 5 star rating, keep them with your company.

We called one plumber and he didn’t get the job done within called Frank plumbing and Benjamin came out told exactly what he was gonna do and he did it. He went over prices. We agreed on a couple of them and he did the job thoroughly and respectfully over our house and our family. We appreciate everything Benjamin did for us today!

Called them to find out what happened and they scheduled everything for the following Friday. Be careful when booking with this company. I'm sure their service is probably great but I wouldn't know because they never showed up.
