He was so kind, respectful, and took care of our home. It was a large project (replacing our gas line in our backyard) and expensive, so me and my wife (only 20 and 19) were upset about the situation and tired of taking freezing cold showers, but Benjamin gave us peace at mind! Highly recommend. Give my man Benjamin a raise!

Then we had further issues with the water heating unit. They came and fixed that too. Most recently a senior technician Roy came along with an apprentice when the water heater was acting up again. They were on time (the day before Xmas!), thorough and professional. We discussed the problems and they were very good at fixing everything. I was very impressed with them and the time they took to fix everything. I hope the fix holds. Much thanks to Roy, and the team at Franks.
