It failed they came back and called me that they fixed the issue and explain. One month later get a bill from them with the wrong date. Claiming that they been trying to reach me for the longest. I share that well and need more than a week to collect payment. Only gave me a day before they came back to my property to collect replacement part. Which yes I could had made it a legal matter if I wanted to, but I am no cheat and didn’t want to add more to my todo list. I don’t hold grudges like they obviously do. Since I tried to give them my business again and flat out refused to work with me. I mean it’s like they said “we’re not the only drilling company.” Good luck fellow people.

Our child was in cook children’s inpatient and we needed to come home to water upon her discharge. No mention of fee was made when I called from the hospital room. They arrived, placed our hose in the garage faucet, turned it on, and deemed our pressure stable and the issue to be with the filtration system. They then gave us a TWO HUNDRED DOLLAR invoice! Appalling service for a family struggling with a sick child, medical bills, and no water pressure to their home. The service provided was minimal and certainly not a call out as they were literally down the road! What happened to supporting thy neighbor? Won’t be recommending and won’t be returning to this business. Daylight robbery.
