    Do better. They claim sustainability and native landscape, yet they hire landscapers that dump toxic chemicals that kill off pollinators. Look at how many are dead in the walkway!! Horrible!

    I struggled to understand what amenities are actually being provided for the $3,300 per year HOA fee. They mention a commercial space called THE HUB with stores and restaurants, right next to the residential community. While this is an added feature, it is not truly an amenity, as it generates revenue for the property management and increases traffic in the area. There is no pool, fitness center, park, or club. Therefore, I couldn’t see how the $3,300 annual amenities cost benefits the residents.
