  My home warranty company sent my service request to SWAT. My expectations are generally low when it comes to home warranty service - usually long delays, wait time between visits to get parts, just bad experiences. This was completely different. Great communication, Justin showed up extra prepared and replaced the disposal and fixed the toilet. I'd highly recommend Justin and S.W.A.T. plumbing.

  I tried to give SWAT Plumbing the benefit of the doubt as I had them out to the house and their price gouging i thought was crazy, i posted a review, then deleted it. FAST Forward to this month. Another referral to SWAT from AHS warranty company. We had them quote another small repair while here and not only did their plumber not reach into the wall to repair the water leak after cutting a whole to then tell us we needed their water mitigation company to come out before he can do any repairs but then quoted crazy prices. This is all a money grab from SWAT. There are many other reputable plumbers in the area that don't overinflate quotes or work and actually get things done. BTW, talked to plumbing manager, asked for owners to call to help mitigate, nothing. They must know whats happening there. Sad. Buyer Beware. Call the next guys.

  Randall and Conner are so pleasant and respectful. They fixed our issue and were very upfront with the cost and what they will need to do to access our leak. The repairs were done without cutting corners and they left the area as clean as they found it. I will definitely call again if we have an issue with something in the future.

  S.W.A.T Plumbing is an American Home shield vendor. I was provided an eight-hour service window from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., but the plumber did not arrive until 4:58 p.m. Upon entering my kitchen, he spent approximately two minutes looking at the issue before stepping outside to call his office. After 20 minutes, he returned to claim that the repair was not covered, though he still needed to take photos. He then stepped outside to make another call. By 5:45 p.m., no actual work or inspection had been attempted, and I asked him to leave. I subsequently had another AHS-contracted company assess the same issue, and they confirmed that my problem was covered under my plan. S.W.A.T. Plumbing proved to be unreliable and dishonest in their assessment. Note, they do not prioritize AHS customers. And this is not a company whose service I would personally use again.
