  Working with Andy Perez was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions you’ll ever make, and Andy made the entire process feel organized, transparent, and manageable. He was consistently professional, extremely knowledgeable, and most importantly — responsive. Every question I had was answered quickly and clearly, and he always communicated in a timely manner so I never felt uncertain about what was next. Andy’s patience, integrity, and genuine care made all the difference. I never felt pressured — just supported and well-informed every step of the way. The Ashton Woods build at The Wilder Arbor in Adkins, Texas is truly exceptional. The quality of the construction, attention to detail, and thoughtful design elements throughout the home exceeded our expectations. The neighborhood itself is beautiful and welcoming — from the aesthetic appeal of the streets and landscaping to the overall sense of community. It’s a place we’re proud to call home. If you’re considering a new home, I can’t recommend Andy and Ashton Woods highly enough. Andy goes above and beyond to make the home buying experience smooth, and Ashton Woods delivers superb craftsmanship in a neighborhood you’ll love.

  We had a great Ashton Woods representative, Andy Perez. He has been helpful every step of the way. We were not in the state, but he kept us in the loop with video meetings, updated photos of the build in progress, and continues to help and have information for us after we've moved in. Friendly and professional service from the first day.

  We've had a great experience working with Jasper Strosser at Ashton Woods Homes so far. From the very beginning, Jasper has been attentive, professional, and proactive in making the process smooth and stress-free. She communicates clearly, answers our questions promptly, and makes sure we feel confident at every stage of the build. What really stands out is Jasper's attention to detail and genuine care for our homebuilding journey. She keeps us updated, explains each step in a way that's easy to understand, and takes the time to make sure nothing is overlooked. It's been reassuring to know that we're working with someone who not only knows the process inside and out but also values building trust with his clients.   We have been looking for a builder to work with for over 2 years. When we did come upon Ashton Woods it was a toss up at first but their models The Gage & The Wyatt really had us. We have been working with Jasper in this entire process. She has been helpful, diligent, reassuring, hardworking (even in her downtime) and very knowledgeable and what she doesn't know she finds out and gets back with you. She's been keeping us updated in the entire build process. She's been very understanding with us asking multiple questions about the same thing. But most of all She's been a comfort in this entire process! Everyone should hope to have themselves a Jasper when looking to pursue a new home build. Ashton Woods has been top tire thus far and it's been a great process with Jasper!
