The tech came out and was very professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring. He took care of us and replaced our outside motor and knew exactly what was wrong, then told us our unit did not needing replacing!! They gave us a better price, better quality of work, and what is most priceless additional reassurance! We will use them in the future for all our AC concerns!
