My apartments are doing everything they can to get this fixed but THIS COMPANY is being negligent and not fixing their freaking elevators. Buyers beware; please go with another company for your elevators.
- WAWendy AvalosJul 31, 20251.0I live in halston building 7 and we have been waiting 3+ MONTHS for our elevator to be fixed, at first it was because of back ordered parts fine I get it but it’s been about a month and a 1/2 that they’ve confirmed parts are in and now since then it’s just been reschedule after reschedule, the most recent being that they were gonna fix it July 25th and it got moved to today July 31st and guess who’s not here fixing it? Do not hire them if you want a fast turnaround time because they will keep rescheduling. I am willing to take my review down and even change it to a 5 star IF it gets fixed by the end of this week.

I can't imagine how many people they must be scamming to run such a huge operation.
