  Absolutely DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It is a scam. Their salesman came over, looked at our screened porch that we wanted glassed in and estimated it could add to our home square footage for 76,000. We figured that was a reasonable price and signed the contract and put down a deposit of 23,000. The next week their building team came and looked at our deck and told us it would cost 100,000 at least. So 25k more than initially quoted. The initial salesman did not take into account insulation of the ceiling and flooring or having to put new posts in. We had two other independent construction firms come out to look at our deck and they informed us that they sold us something they could not possibly accomplish for $75k and it would not count towards our homes square footage. That was a huge selling point for us. I had my lawyer look through our contract and there is no way out without losing our initial 23k and they could keep tacking on more and more and we have absolutely zero recourse unless they willingly let us out. Bottom line: They lock you into a contract for something they are not able to accomplish and then hit you with giant additions that you have to do or you lose your down payment. This is not a good faith company. They are not trustworthy. Run from them.

  Justin Massie with Patio Enclosures was fantastic. He was on time, easy to talk to, and there was absolutely no pressure during the appointment. We had him come out because we’re considering adding a sunroom, and we really appreciated the time he took to walk us through the product and explain everything. His presentation was thorough and informative, but also very relaxed and pleasant. He demonstrated the product, offered helpful suggestions, and shared what other customers typically choose, which helped give us a better idea of what might work for our space. Justin also took the time to really understand our needs and limitations so he could tailor the options to fit us. One of the coolest parts was that he created a real-time 3D rendering so we could actually visualize what the sunroom would look like in our space. His knowledge of the product was clear, and he answered all of our questions patiently. Honestly, I wish all my home project appointments were this good. Overall it was a great experience, and we’re hopeful we’ll be doing business with Justin and Patio Enclosures in the near future.

  I was in the market for a sunroom/enclosure solution and reached out to Patio Enclosures by Great Day Improvements based on their high rating reviews on Google. They contacted me promptly and scheduled an appointment within just a couple of days. Justin Massie, a Design Consultant, came to my home to meet with me. Justin is extremely professional and very knowledgeable about patio enclosure solutions. He patiently explained their services and products so I could better understand which type of enclosure would best suit my needs. What I appreciated most was that Justin was incredibly helpful without being pushy. He guided me through selecting the building materials and even created rendering photos so I could visualize what the finished product will look like. With all the products being made in the USA and backed by an excellent warranty, I found the price quoted to be very fair. I felt confident moving forward and immediately decided to move ahead with Patio Enclosures for this project. I can’t wait to see the finished result and start enjoying my climate-controlled sunroom! I will definitely recommend Patio Enclosures and Justin to my family and friends!

  I had a fantastic experience with Patio Enclosures during the installation of my new porch enclosure. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and well-organized. The installation team was punctual, courteous, and clearly skilled at what they do. The finished enclosure looks amazing and has completely transformed my porch into a comfortable space I can enjoy year-round without the bugs. I've already received compliments from some of my neighbors and those just passing by. I really appreciated Dawn Melton keeping me informed every step of the way. She made sure I always knew what to expect next, from scheduling to progress updates, which gave me great peace of mind throughout this project.   We recently worked with Justin from Patio Enclosures by Great Day Improvements, and it was a great experience. Justin has excellent knowledge and truly understands the customer’s needs. He took the time to listen carefully to what we wanted and designed the enclosure based on our preferences. He explained everything clearly, especially when it came to aluminum materials and the architectural aspects of the project. I really appreciated how he broke down technical details in a way that was easy to understand. Justin patiently answered every single question I had and never rushed us.
