They installed my kitchen sink completely wrong in a brand-new build — a basic job they somehow botched. After admitting fault and promising to fix it, they suddenly rebranded under a new name and now refuse to take any responsibility. Let’s be real: changing your name doesn’t erase the paper trail or the promises you made. It’s a weak attempt to dodge accountability and leaves homeowners like me dealing with the mess you created. This is not how you treat paying customers, especially in the homebuilding industry. If you’re considering working with them — don’t. You’re gambling with your time, your money, and your peace of mind. They’ll take your money, screw up the job, then vanish behind a different logo. Absolute scam behavior. Do better. Or stop building homes.

  1 star is 1 too many...I was mislead as to what comes standard and learned the truth at the design center after the contract was signed. We are not falling for these prices and have been trying to cancel for a week....now they are all too busy to call me back or get me a form to sign to officially cancel. Sales guy blames division and division cries medical emergency! Do they think ignoring me will force me to build this house?? What a scam!

As a realtor deeply invested in providing exceptional service to my clients, I must convey the utter dismay we encountered throughout our interactions with your representative. From the onset, it was evident that professionalism and effective communication were sorely lacking. Your representative's demeanor was consistently rude and unprofessional, leaving my clients feeling undervalued and disrespected. Their inability to organize and communicate effectively only exacerbated the situation, resulting in a frustrating and disheartening experience. It is unacceptable for a company representing a new build to demonstrate such disregard for customer satisfaction and basic courtesy. As a realtor, I am entrusted with guiding my clients through one of the most significant decisions of their lives – purchasing a home. It is disheartening to witness them endure such a disappointing experience, especially when it could have been avoided with a modicum of professionalism and care from your representative. Moving forward, I urge your company to reevaluate its approach to customer service and communication. In an industry built on trust and reliability, it is imperative to prioritize the needs and satisfaction of clients. Anything less tarnishes not only your company's reputation but also the integrity of the new build process as a whole. I sincerely hope that this feedback serves as an opportunity for reflection and improvement within your organization. My clients and I had high hopes for a positive experience with your company, but unfortunately, those expectations were not met.
