  ⸻ ⭐️ 1-Star Review Title: Dishonest, Unprofessional, and Hiding Behind a New Name This company is the definition of shady. They installed my kitchen sink completely wrong in a brand-new build — a basic job they somehow botched. After admitting fault and promising to fix it, they suddenly rebranded under a new name and now refuse to take any responsibility. Let’s be real: changing your name doesn’t erase the paper trail or the promises you made. It’s a weak attempt to dodge accountability and leaves homeowners like me dealing with the mess you created. This is not how you treat paying customers, especially in the homebuilding industry. If you’re considering working with them — don’t. You’re gambling with your time, your money, and your peace of mind. They’ll take your money, screw up the job, then vanish behind a different logo. Absolute scam behavior. Do better. Or stop building homes.

  I wanted to thank everyone that took the time to share their horrendous experience with Brightland homes. We were in the 11th hour of purchase when we found these reviews - my life savings almost gone! TY ❤️

  Extremely dissatisfied with Brightland Homes willingness to fix issues that we identified in the first year of being in our new home. There is a window in our living room that has huge scratches on it that we identified in our first few months in the home. My wife had called the builder and reported it and sent photos in but they continue to say that we need proof that it was identified on our walkthrough.This was noticed several days after we moved in but have been told they will not fix it. Our shower door was making a popping noise and they did replace that but the new door was installed incorrectly and when that was brought up to the builder they stated that they had fixed the popping noise and the new issue with the door will not be addressed. They had installed mismatching light fixtures in our bathroom and were nice enough to replace them so that they matched but there is a hole in the wall where the old fixture was and they have refused to send anyone out to repair the wall. Horrible customer service and experience. I don’t leave many reviews but am absolutely disgusted with this company’s lack of concern or care on the things that we have pointed out.

  I have built homes with different builders and this is the worst. These homes are garbage at best. The warranty department is a joke. A absolute joke! They won’t fix anything. We have dealt with four different people since sending in our one year warranty issues. All to be told nothing is getting fixed basically. I would never recommend this builder to anyone. And it is evident from other reviews that Brightland is consistently terrible. I wonder what interesting reading we would have if everyone posted a review. I am so disappointed we paid over a half million dollars for this home.
