  1 star is 1 too many...I was mislead as to what comes standard and learned the truth at the design center after the contract was signed. We are not falling for these prices and have been trying to cancel for a week....now they are all too busy to call me back or get me a form to sign to officially cancel. Sales guy blames division and division cries medical emergency! Do they think ignoring me will force me to build this house?? What a scam!

  Interesting that most of the good reviews were just posted last week. The real experience will be you will be rushed in the end to close, don't let them do this to you. Make sure the majority of your request are completed. Make sure before you put down any earnest money that they provide you with a complete list of standards, I believe this was provided to us after money was put on the table. Don't be misled, sales will tell you something is standard and come to find out once building that it is not...ask many questions and get that list! And lastly, and you shouldn't even have to do this, this part is the responsibility of the builder, check the address and make sure that it is listed with the phone and internet provider. We were told AT&T services the area and come to find out there are no AT&T connections!!! We were not told this at anytime that the system in our area had not been built...and continuing going on 2 1/2 mths. the only other option is highly price satellite internet. Not the best experience. In my opinion
