The shop or yard guys that were assigned to help us load the Towable JLG boom lift, were in my opinion incompetent and lazy. Maybe being from Montana I expect that when you pay a rental company 300+$ for equipment that the yard/shop hands actually help out instead of standing there watching you try to do it alone. I was highly disappointed with the lack of work ethic by the yard, and I won't be back to this United again. 😕
