- RRRandon RagsdaleFeb 26, 20261.0This place is rediculous Job is an hour away They want you to pay in person even if you want equipment delivered So I just show up with my trailer Was missing some of my deck of the trailer and they refused to load me with two little scissor lifts
- ESEric SpearJul 6, 20172.0The office staff were very friendly and helpful, however that is where the good experience stopped. The shop or yard guys that were assigned to help us load the Towable JLG boom lift, were in my opinion incompetent and lazy. Maybe being from Montana I expect that when you pay a rental company 300+$ for equipment that the yard/shop hands actually help out instead of standing there watching you try to do it alone. I was highly disappointed with the lack of work ethic by the yard, and I won't be back to this United again. 😕
- NTNicole TaylorMay 3, 20132.0DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD!!! They keep it on file and charge you double. I was told upon returning their equipment that they HAD to charge me double because I had the equipment over a holiday weekend. If they had been open on Monday I would have returned the equipment on Monday, but they were closed and therefor I could not return the equipment. Yet, that was my fault and therefor had to pay double???? Makes no sense to me! I will never do business with them again and want everyone else to know so they will not get ripped off like I did!
