  Go anywhere else for your cabinets. After reading reviews, when my husband and I had our first issues with this place, I really can’t comprehend why my GC works with this vendor. The communication issues are the worst I’ve ever seen out of a business. It took days to weeks to have conversations that should’ve only taken minutes. Selections weren’t presented until the very last minute, leaving me with limited options unless I wanted significant delays on the install for our new home - which would, in turn, hold up all of the other work that had to be done. Once cabinets arrived, it was still almost two weeks before they were installed. Once they were installed it was done incorrectly and unfinished, leaving a massive gap between two of our upper cabinets and a cracked drawer panel. That still hasn’t been remedied, after over a month and 2-3 visits back to the house. The drawer still has no front panel and we’re missing the kick board on some of the cabinets. Our countertop for our island was the wrong countertop, after multiple confirmations on our selections (this was actually fixed fairly quickly). The blue tape walk through is tomorrow, and there is still unfinished work. Usually I take bad reviews with a grain of salt, but this company clearly has some work to do.

  If I could give it a zero, I would. Our two year old daughter pulled the drawer out and it collapsed, thankfully not on her as I was right next to her. Come to find out the track of the drawer should have a plastic piece that is connected to the wall. One side did but the other did not. I don’t know if they were short one or if it was broken, but they put a screw there instead which is likely why the drawer gave out. I reached out to the Sims-Lohman and since we are out of warranty they were going to pass us onto a manufacturer. This is NOT a manufacturer issue it’s a safety/installation issue. Had I not of been standing right next to her it would have fallen on her creating a much bigger issue! I am appalled that your company won’t stand behind the quality of their work. We weren’t asking you to replace a cabinet we asked for you to replace a track that was installed incorrectly the first time.

  I have called multiple times and left multiple messages at each department's voice message. No response at all. How do I get countertops in several apartments fixed - when they do not answer their phone? Are they out of business or just horrible customer service????
