  If I could give it a zero, I would. Our two year old daughter pulled the drawer out and it collapsed, thankfully not on her as I was right next to her. Come to find out the track of the drawer should have a plastic piece that is connected to the wall. One side did but the other did not. I don’t know if they were short one or if it was broken, but they put a screw there instead which is likely why the drawer gave out. I reached out to the Sims-Lohman and since we are out of warranty they were going to pass us onto a manufacturer. This is NOT a manufacturer issue it’s a safety/installation issue. Had I not of been standing right next to her it would have fallen on her creating a much bigger issue! I am appalled that your company won’t stand behind the quality of their work. We weren’t asking you to replace a cabinet we asked for you to replace a track that was installed incorrectly the first time.

  I wouldn't do business with this clown show, Big Transit can on I -24 , 6:15 A.M. I HAVE THE PLATE # , THEY DON'T CARE, this morning .. All over the road , no blinkers, 85 + mph, ON THE PHONE , PAYING ZERO ATTENTION!! Bobbing and weaving through traffic! If THRY CAN'T CONTROL THEIR DRIVER'S, THEN YOU ALREADY KNOW THE OTHER END IS JUST THE SAME..... NUTS!!!! THAT'S DRIVING CAN YOU IMAGINE GIVING THEM YOUR MONEY?? LOL... NO THANKS.... NO APOLOGY NEEDED ... YOUR DRIVER SPEAKE VOLUME!!!!
