  Technician arrived on the day we called Mountain Services. He was knowledgeable, professional, and explained the process for the service. Wish all service calls could be this smooth. Will definitely use them again.

  Candace was as amazing as the service they provide! They are quick, efficient and stay out of the way of my employees. Everyone I have met or spoken with were super nice. Any problems I have are fixed asap! I'll definitely keep calling!!

  Court took the time to make sure I understood in layman’s terms what my situation was , after telling me the professional terms. He never made me feel rushed as if he was trying to not be thorough with the diagnosis and repair, as I have had with previous repair people from other places.

  I have been a customer for many years and can count on Mountain City Service to take care of whatever is broken and install whatever is new. They understand the frustration and inconvenience of losing an essential service and respond with a sense of urgency sometimes putting in long hours to assure that everything is working properly .
