- MTMichael ToweryDec 3, 20255.0I can’t say enough good things about this companies service. I got home from work yesterday and my unit was iced over and in auxiliary mode. They told me what to do to get through the night but were also willing to send a tech out last night at a very reasonable after hours service fee. They open at 8:00 am, I got a call from Danny at 8:01 letting me know that he was on the way. Danny was extremely professional and efficient. He had me back up and running in no time and the price was extremely fair. I couldn’t be happier with how the service went and would recommend them to anyone!

We have a lot of issues with our indoor air quality and aging equipment. We met with a few different companies for troubleshooting and advice before we decided to go with Redd’s. We chose them because of how well they listened to our concerns and the attention to detail they put into finding solutions. One of the steps was to replace the upstairs HVAC and the whole team was excellent! They are punctual, professional, and very respectful of your space. When we continued to have an issue with one of the vents (not their fault - was an issue with the home itself), they worked hard to find a solution and explained every step. It wasn’t a quick fix, and I feel great knowing it is now done right. They were very communicative throughout the whole process. We will continue to use them for all of our HVAC needs and feel great recommending them to anyone we can! If you want the best, call Redd’s!
