  Very pleased with the results that Extreme Flooring took care of for me. Joey has done a great job on multiple houses for me and I can't complain. He sent me pictures after completion and called to make sure I was happy each time. Great Job Extreme Flooring and keep up the Great Work.

  I am very pleased with Extreme Flooring. I took time deciding which flooring I wanted. I had a list of qualities I wanted in the flooring. One thing I wanted was made in the USA. The ladies in the office were patient with me getting samples and bringing them home until I found one I really like. Joey was friendly and knowledgeable. He did the measurements and quotes and oversaw the installation. They worked with me doing this in stages. I still have two rooms to go. That should be done in early Jan. The installing crews did a great job. They removed carpet and padding and had to move furniture and then installed the new flooring. I liked having someone local to call. I would use them again. I

  If you value communication, timeliness, or basic, human respect, do not patronize Extreme Flooring. My initial consultation was on October 28. As of December 17, we are still nowhere near completing a very simple job, and every step of this process has felt like pulling teeth. As shown in the attached screenshots, communication issues started early. I will spare most of the back-and-forth, but one example speaks for itself: I asked, “Any idea on when we’ll be able to get someone back out?” You can clearly see the sales representative read the message on 11/20, at 9:28, and never responded. I let an entire month go by before reaching out again, giving him one final opportunity to move forward. Once again, my message was read and ignored. This was a small, straightforward project — a laundry room and the immediate kitchen flooring around it. I had fully intended to use Extreme Flooring for a much larger project in the near future-- removing carpet and redoing all of the floors throughout my home. I genuinely wanted to support a local business, but the lack of communication and follow-through made that impossible. Why 2-stars then, if my experience was so horrible? The two ladies I spoke at the beginning of the process-- in the showroom at their temporary location near Food Lion-- were very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, all my positive words end there. I’m left wondering why I couldn’t receive the same level of service throughout the process.
