It had a severely beaten-up and sagging subfloor that other contractors refused to take the job. They expertly fixed the issues and installed new flooring. They also renovated a bedroom which included significant drywall work beyond flooring. All at very reasonable pricing.

He gave additional suggestions regarding the project that were helpful as well. The bid was clear and itemized all costs. There were a few minor things that needed attention after the job was completed. Jason sent a guy out the next morning to complete those tasks. (Mike was very patient and helpful in making the corrections and adjustments to the project.} Overall great experience and will definitely use Floorworks for potential projects!
