The listing said Ferguson Plumbing closed at 4:30, and I walked in at 4:29. The gentleman behind the counter said that he had just closed down and I asked if he could please take one more transaction. This man went above and beyond to make sure I got my probing rod which allowed me to work over the weekend. I will be back for my septic/plumbing needs.

And then when they finally decide to ask if you want help, they don’t offer anything useful. “Sorry I don’t know plumbing but if you have hvac questions…”. And then the other guy helps but not really. Then they sell me the wrong part which I don’t know until I’ve left and gotten home with a part I can’t use. Heading back to the big box stores that surprisingly know more about a million parts in the store than do these experts in plumbing. This review comes from 3 trips to their store but not heading back for a 4th. 2 stars as they may have some unique parts and who takes a 1 star review serious.

The Ferguson counterman solved my problem with the right fitting / adapter. 2 bucks and mission accomplished. I'll be back to Ferguson for some more meaningful purchases. The nearby competitor was my first stop and despite an effort to help me, there was no solution presented, and I ended up leaving empty handed. All is well however...leak free!
