Been in hospital with her, come home and power was off, no warning, 9 days late…Charged me $70 service charge and previous bill to turn back on… Always paid on time, they have no mercy or grace and their already over charging people and they found a easy was to sucker poor people out of $70 when they can’t pay them on time! They should be very ashamed to treat people that sorry, especially for the elderly and people living on fixed incomes.
