    My mother has been very sick, almost died with serious illness. Been in hospital with her, come home and power was off, no warning, 9 days late…Charged me $70 service charge and previous bill to turn back on… Always paid on time, they have no mercy or grace and their already over charging people and they found a easy was to sucker poor people out of $70 when they can’t pay them on time! They should be very ashamed to treat people that sorry, especially for the elderly and people living on fixed incomes.

    When you go to get power hooked up they can't put in a work order until you pay them then tell you a time frame on when they will be out there to set a meter and 2 days past time frame still no meter , just excuse after excuse but mind you , you already paid for them to put service out and was told a time frame and they are late but if your late on a bill your electric gonna get cut off and they gonna charge out the a** to get it turned back on
