    Was told "trust the process" when I questioned why his workers did or did not do something during shower install. The "process" was by the seat of their pants, removing walls without reason, taking triple the time to finish, had guests at the work site (the lady enjoyed her time on my deck), quoted for high quality products but purchased low end items ($350 x 2 but both were less than $200), charged for two shower installs separately causing an additional 7% cost, etc. I hesitated to right this review because he seems genuinely nice and obviously tries to employ both young men in need of a hard skill and older men who may not have work in their original profession. However, closer supervision, better detailed communication, and respect for concerns or at least less distraction when listening to issues on the job is needed. Photos are the COMPLETED second install...the stab marks in the ceiling are puzzling. I have a list of issues/questions but I'm caulking this up to a hard lesson learned. May their business bless others and hopefully I'll be the only bad job they work.

    Philip came out to my house at 9:30pm and stayed until 10:30pm. I’ve never experienced such great service in the time frame we got it. We called at 8:30 with a pipe issue, by 9:30 Phillip was here to fix the issue with an hour drive. I highly recommend Choo Choo Rooter for all your plumbing needs.
