- JJJames4 days ago1.0Do not call this place to fix your heat pump. I called them to fix mine. They sent a worker out and he said my heat pump needed a control panel and he would get back to me and a day or two. The repairman they sent out named Landon didn't seem too experienced to begin with, even gave me his cellphone number to keep in touch. After several days of not hearing from him, I messaged him. He said the part still hadn't come in but he would contact me when it did. Well I waited about another week nobody called back so I called the office. Sounded like a older man answer the phone he said the part was in and he would send a worker out as soon as he had some unavailable. Another week or so went by. Still nobody called me back....now it's been at least 2 months they won't even answer their phone. This place is obviously undependable and I'm posting this to save you from wasting your time .DO NOT CALL LOCAL HEATING AND COOLING to fix your heat pump
