My crawl space is small and has some fragile wiring, but they navigated the space carefully and fixed the leak in about an hour and a half, in freezing temperatures. I even asked an unrelated question about water pressure as the call was wrapping up and they re-parked and stayed longer just to check a few more things and helped me get my water pressure a little stronger. Will absolutely be calling them again and I would recommend them to anyone that I liked.

I wasn't aware that this property's driveway was north facing after these ice storms.In nashville, the driveway was still completely frozen. Not an issue for these guys.They took it in stride, had a shovel to chip a safe path for them to work and went about their business. I'm so pleased with the work they did. My tenant has been patient with these unexpected plumbing problems because I have been responsive. This team helped me continue to deliver quickly considering a somewhat "delicate" plumbing issue. I'm going to have to have additional plumbing done and I plan on using Holt/these guys to do it. Professional, kind, polite. thorough and not hard selling. The tech. was with us for probably 10 minutes and stated that they would have to come back once again with an additional individual to help perform some additional work at an additional cost, which I was perfectly fine with. Holt Plumbing sent me an estimate for that work as well as an invoice for the initial visit which included an egregious hourly rate and a "billing and administrative fee". I've never seen a company add a "billing and administrative fee" to their invoicing - extremely tacky. I'll find someone else to finish the job.
