  Richie is very knowledgeable about heat units. Air serve had to return 4 times only to return to fix another problem that they created. 1700 later in only a few months they had not fixed my heat. With the emergency heat running alone, my electricity bill jumped to over 600$ for 2 months. I called Richie, and he came out and fixed the problem fast. I recommend him to fix your problems without wasting all your money.

  Worked on a Sunday & DID NOT gouge us $. Richard Morgan actually diagnosed the problem created by another A/C contractor. He saved us a lot of $, but more importantly, he did the work needed correctly, quickly, & professionally. He’s our new go to 4sure!

  He was very helpful and knowledgeable at first, then out of nowhere became very rude, making gratuitous dry humor jokes, only he would think is funny "Will you give me a blank check and let me fix it". He wanted 6K to replace a new AC. I said I can find one online for 3K, why so much more. At that point he became confrontational and blatantly said I can tell I'm wasting my time with you. This is not professional. I suggest he cultivates a sense of integrity. It is the begging of success in business. He may have been drunk.
