  My experience with Tri-State has been exceptional! After the Nashville Ice storm, I coordinated the purchase of generators for three properties. From the first sales contact to the final testing everyone within the company gets the concept of ensuring the customer is completely educated and satisfied about their purchase and equipment. Special accolades to Cory, Charlie (sales), both Tim's (generator installers), Sam (gas installer) and their entire administrative team (Dee and Migdaliz). The positive reviews are well earned as each component of the company strives to be the best. The employees are professional, caring and conscientious which is rare these days. All three generators were installed earlier this month and were tested for the first time during last night's power outage. Each performed flawlessly further reassuring that our homes will be protected in the future. If you are contemplating a whole home generator, all I can say is that this company will treat you right and the investment in definitely worth it.

  Great experience on generator install. Chad Kozlawski ; Miles Ostiguy; Levi Dillard and Sam Woody could not have asked for better crew they were very professional and knowledgeable answered any questions we had and continually kept us updated on the install. They were definitely some of the hardest workers I have seen. You can definitely be proud of this team.

  So impressed with this company and everyone I dealt with from the first phone call to the day of my generator’s installation. Chad was thorough with his explanations and made sure the job was done perfectly. They did everything they said they would do and were completely professional the entire time. I’m so glad I chose this company.

  From start to finish this was a great experience with Tri-State Water, Power and Air. Jared was professional and efficient helping assess our water heater needs and schedule our appointment, and Alex was very knowledgeable, professional and timely installing our new unit. I'm confident in the work that was done and would happily recommend this company to anyone in need of these services.

  Had my Generac installed today. Chad and his crew were absolutely excellent. Showed up on time, worked nonstop until finished (11 hours later). Ran into a few unexpected problems with my electric meter, but worked until all problems were solved. I am extremely pleased with the whole process and would absolutely recommend them for any generator install. Thank you Chad and crew.
