  So glad I contacted Pure Southern. I knew we had high levels of chlorine in our Franklin water and also hard water with a number of chemicals that are supposedly within government allowable ranges, but still carcinogenic. Finally did something about it and noticed an immediate difference in the water’s taste. Also now get that silky feeling of soft water when showering. And the price is way less than I was expecting, especially after talking to a competitor who spent three hours in my home doing a hard sell of the identical system for almost three times the cost of Pure Southern. If you are considering a filtration and water softener, save yourself some time and money, and call these folks. You will be glad you did, just like me. The installer was Marcus, who was very professional, quick, polite. He did a great job installing the smallish system tanks, carefully explaining the little bit of maintenance (put salt in the tank every couple months) you have to do. This is definitely a five star company and Marcus did a five star job.

  Customer service was awesome. So easy to deal with and taken care of in a timely manner. Prices can’t be beat. Water tastes amazing. I feel so much better about the water we are consuming and bathing in. Our technicians were so great - helpful and fast working.

  Pure Southern Water recently replaced our old whole house water filter with an upgraded whole house system that included water softening and also upgraded our reverse osmosis system on our sink. Marla was so kind and did a great job of explaining all of our options. The installers were quick and efficient and showed up within their estimated arrival window. My primary concern was filtering the water for my family, but I’m surprised and how much I’m enjoying the softer water! I love supporting a small business and I highly recommend this company for your water filtration needs.
