My son- a service member incidentally- was completely ripped off by this company today. He called for service of a working (not efficiently or completely effectively, but working) HVAC unit, paid for service, and after being quoted close to $2,000 for a "member's price" to fix it, he was left with a non-working (non-cooling) unit. (They drained the refrigerant he had in the system "to diagnose the issue" and refused to replace any fluid in it when he asked.) So essentially- he paid $180 to have them completely break his air conditioner. (Thankfully, he turned them down on the ridiculously high repair-- because another company came out and fixed it for half the price-- AND half the service fee.) We will be notifying every regulatory agency we can find of the unethical practices of this company.

I had a new HVAC system installed over the weekend. Brendan and Aiden did a great job and were super polite. They went above and beyond to ensure that they were thorough with the installation. They’re both kind, hardworking gentlemen.
The only issue I have is with the company’s internal communication because the salesman Brett failed to get the pictures sent to the installation team so they entered into it blind.

Jamie Smith came out to diagnose a airflow issue in the HVAC system. He was on time and very professional. He explained what he found and made us feel better about the system. I was extremely impressed with him and his work.
Landon performed the annual checkup on our air conditioning units, a service included in our club membership. He was thorough, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and displayed integrity. I’m very pleased with his work.
