  If I could give Ethan 20 STARS I would! I told him I needed to get the screens ASAP. I stopped by yesterday around noon and asked could the 8 screens be ready by Monday. He called me back around 3:00 and told me they were ready!!! To top things off, he called this morning to make sure they fit. I told him I needed 3 more and again Ethan had them ready! I would Highly recommend Mid State!

  The best part of Mid State Door & Window is there service people that they hire. Drew, the lead person on the installation team was absolutely amazing. Went way beyond our expectations by communicating the work to be done, how long it would take, and sharing their focus on doing an excellent job. He and his crew did exactly all of what he committed to. The office team that represents this company could use a dose of "how to communicate with customers in a much more friendly way". Their sales person, Nik, was outstanding and represents their company well. It's unfortunate that the sales side and the service side are so awesome, but the office team does not measure up. When you call, they are not supportive and have no empathy for the customer's needs. I hope someone can address, as their sales and service deserve a better team to support their excellent work.

  Mid State has a great selection of both doors and windows! Jeff has great visions and is great at communicating.

  Mid State Door & Window has knowledgeable, dependable staff. I recently placed a rush order for some custom window glass, which was cut to size perfectly, I might add. My order was ready for pickup by the end of the day.

  Was in a terrible situation, new accessory dwelling unit, sliding glass door 80% installed, installer claimed missing parts, walked off job. No lock, doors did not shut all the way. Called Mid State Door and Window , polite man, Jeff answered phone with genuine concern. Requested pictures, patient with my computer and photography skills, sent Drew over to take a look. While Drew was sorting remaining parts, figuring out status, coworkers Zack and Eugene showed up to help. Some things taken apart, properly put back together, diligent workers about an hour later using all parts on site , perfectly working sliding glass doors. Thank you Mid State.
