    I had a new unit installled in Nov. of 2025. In March, the unit stopped working. I called Maynard and they sent a guy out. The guy fixed the unit and hours later the unit stopped working again. The guy returned and found that the gas input needed to be adjusted, but he didn't have the tool needed. I'm later told that the manager was coming out to do the adjustment, which never happened. After almost 2 weeks of communicating with the tech that came out, I called back into the office and told them what the tech said that needed to be done. The lady (Tracy) who has answered the phone everytime I call said that she would pass the message to the manager. Now it's been 3 weeks no communication from Maynard and new unit still doesn't work. Today I called and a guy answers. He informs me that my property management company has to call and request the service needed and not me, the owner, despite the fact that I originally requested the service when the unit stopped working. This company takes your money and clearly doesn't want to fix the issues.Doubt Maynard will get any future business from me.

    I called Maynard Plumbing Heating and Cooling because my HVAC was not working properly and I was worried about staying cool this summer. From the first phone call the team was friendly and kept me updated on when a technician would arrive. The technicians arrived slightly later than expected but explained the issue clearly, and answered all of my questions. I appreciated the regular text messages letting me know the progress and confirming the completion of the repair. The whole experience was smooth and without hassle– the best communication I’ve had with a HVAC contractor in a long time. Afterwards I feel confident my home will stay cool and I would definitely call them again for any future HVAC service.

    Management took care of the issue. Thank you Maynard for being true to your promotions. Double charged for a tune up. Spoke to the manager and was offered a 10 percent discount on a upcoming service which I will decline to use as I felt that the offer of a discount when the business relationship is just started is insufficient. Refunding 79 dollars should be the solution but evidently this company felt they needed that 79 more than their customer did. Unfortunately, I will look elsewhere for HVAC services from now on. Wished for a better outcome as they did good work. Edit. They refunded half the price. Thanks

    Gas meter updated and leak discovered at gas fireplace. Maynard came out an recommended we cut the pipe and cap it so we can get gas turned on and they can check for leaks and address. They did the work. But after gas turned on and a week passes Maynard asked to return our call as our technician was sick. So no call for two weeks. We call again and are told Maynard is no longer doing natural gas work. They left us in the air like that. I have never seen that before. Don’t let them in your house. Don’t give them any money and don’t award them your ultimate resource, trust. They don’t deserve it. Absolutely despicable.
