  This is my second positive experience using Hoffman Brothers for electrical. I got a same day appointment for an electrical issue that was worrying me. Cody was professional, kind, and did a wonderful job of explaining everything that was going on and my options to fix them. It’s nice having a home service business experience that isn’t a pushy sales pitch. If you value a great customer service experience, piece of mind, and getting things done properly I recommend Hoffman Brothers in Nashville.

  We wanted to send a word of thanks to Cody from Hoffmann Brothers. He was here on time and did a thorough inspection of our problem and the work we were wanting done. The explanation he gave and the time he spent doing so was above what we expected. He was very polite and wasn’t the salesman we were expecting. All decisions were totally left up to us. He not only explained what needed to be done but how he would accomplish it. All work was done with care, done timely and he was fully respectful of the property and us. He cleaned up his work areas guided us through all he did. He was a very impressive young man who takes pride in his work. We couldn’t be more pleased and grateful for all he did.

  We were experiencing some hot water inconsistencies/ pressure issues. While they were quick to get out here and diagnose, they are WILDLY more expensive than others in the area. Probably almost double. They changed a valve on the water heater, and flushed it and charged us $650?! The technician was extremely nice and knowledgeable, however that is an insane amount to charge for the work that was done. We will never use the again based on price alone. I’d recommend shopping around.

  First thing I wanna say is that the fix now pay overtime later is not a thing it’s only if it’s over $1000 of repairs, and honestly since I’m not a expert in the industry and I rely on the experts I’m not sure what was being told for the truth and what was a lie, and I didn’t have the time to screw around with morons. That was horrible. Whoever Patrick was training. I feel sorry for. They did a horrible job with trying to get me fixed up. They couldn’t get me fixed up. They didn’t explain anything very well. Basically try to pressure me into getting a new unit. I didn’t want that and I’m not gonna get that and I’m never ever gonna go with Hoffman Brothers again their commercial is deceptive compared to what it really is. Seems like a bunch of hustlers, but they don’t know they hustled the wrong hustler been hustling all my life that stated they’re not getting one dime from me and I’ve already got my refund back from the service fee as well. Just completely unprofessional, started talking about seriousness of the AC issues right in front of my child as they got home from school and she’s 10 years old. I don’t need anybody panicking of anything when there wasn’t anything to panic about. It wouldn’t even like 70° that day.So Patrick, you got nothing out of me, man, but a waste of yours and my time time coming out to my house for nothing. Also, the service fee is $98 For them just to come out to do absolutely nothing so y’all got that refunded back.

  Let me start by saying because of Brent’s ability to take the time to explain each issue, back it up with pictures and proof of exactly what was going on, lay out a clear game plan for how we’d fix it, and prioritize everything so we could work the critical repairs into my budget. I’ll be using this company for all things HVAC for the rest of my life Beyond the technical side, Brent walked me through preventative maintenance steps I can take to avoid similar issues down the road. He genuinely seemed like he cared about me and my family. it felt less like a service call and more like having a best friend come over to help you fix something at your house. When I asked to make sure I wouldn’t be keeping him out too late with all the repairs I needed, he said something along the lines of ‘I’m here to make sure you’re in good shape.’ I’ve never seen anything like it. Just know, if I ever call and find out Brent has left the company, your next call will be from me asking where he went. I say that jokingly, but I also absolutely mean it.
