I never heard back from him and he didn't reply to my follow up email. I called and spoke with Zachery C and went through the same process of emailing him pics of what I need, except I didn't receive any reply at all after 2 emails to him. I called a third time and was put on hold for almost 10 minutes and then the system hung up on me. This all happened over a 3 week span. What kind of business are you guys running?? I can't believe it's this hard to get a part ordered!!!
