- JLJ.D. LakemanApr 11, 20241.0Don’t waste your money, and more importantly your time. Your shed will be built quickly and your payment processed quickly. If you have any issues, like leaks, you better have lots of free time and lots of patients. Their customer service is horrible and it took a 3rd party to figure out how to stop the leaks when they repeatedly ceased communication and flaked on scheduled appointments. I can’t believe Home Depot lets their name continue to be attached to such a company. Good thing Lowes is close by. And before they suggest emailing customer care, I’ve done that. . . twice.
