Cullen Carlson arrived today to do our yearly maintenance on our Generac generator. He called to let us know that he was 30 minutes away and he arrived promptly with a friendly smile. He was an excellent conversationalist and was really receptive to questions. He completed his tasks in a competent manner and answered any and all questions as well as imparted a lot of knowledge during his call. Wonderful representative for a wonderful company.

Cullen was very professional and knowledgeable. He advised that the only issue we had was that there was a gas leak with the connections. It shows about 43% full while we have not a serious power outage. He advised I should not have any leakage going forward. However, now that this was recognized by one of your technicians, would there be anything Tri Star can do for us as a good faith gesture? Please advise at your earliest convenience. Thanks!

He was personable, professional. He was respectful of my home and me. The washer and dryer had to be pulled out for him to work. Upon completion he moved the washer and dryer back in place. I was most appreciative as the washer was hard for me to move. He didn't have to do that, which is a mark of excellence. Thank you again

Cory and Anthony were amazing!! Cory contacted me right after I chose what I needed from Home Depot and walked me through options. He then guided me through what would be the best warranty for me and my family. I had no previous experience with this product and I felt like he shot me straight from the beginning, which I greatly appreciated! Anthony came out for the install and was extremely kind, professional and knowledgeable! Highly recommend!!!

Soooooooooo, I’m amending my previous review.
There was a snafu regarding ordering parts and communication within their system. Apparently, the person responsible for ordering my parts, is no longer with the company which is why they were never ordered.
Once Cory read my review oh boy Tristate flew into action. The parts were installed today by Cullen who is a huge asset to Tristate, Water, Power and Generator. He got the generator running which is something a previous company could not do.
I’m feeling optimistic that this company will continue to be our “go to” generator maintenance company moving forward.

I’m sorry to have to do this…. BUT this company has left us hanging! They ordered a part for our generator in October. Haven’t had any communication from them. I called 7 weeks after the appointment and still they don’t have the part, and yet they never called to let us know. It’s been 2.5 mos now…. Still no communication and now I can’t even get thru to them.
