  If I could give this company negative stars, I absolutely would. It is genuinely astonishing that an elevator company can be this consistently useless. I had two of my employees stuck in the elevator on separate occasions, and despite “fixing” the issue more than five times, the elevator remains as unreliable as their customer service. To make matters worse, today (12/5/2025), one of my employees was stuck again, and I had to call the firefighters to get them out. Imagine paying premium rates for service so ineffective that emergency responders end up doing the company’s job for them. That alone should tell you everything you need to know. Every time I call, they act as if putting me on the schedule is a privilege. They assure me they’ll be here “tomorrow,” yet tomorrow never comes. At this point, “tomorrow” feels like their corporate mission statement — a promise they never intend to keep. And let’s talk about their pricing. Their hourly rates are so high that even a top-tier Manhattan surgeon would raise an eyebrow. Yet unlike a surgeon, they can perform the same “procedure” five times and still fail to produce even basic results. This is, without exaggeration, one of the worst elevator companies I have ever dealt with. They refuse to take responsibility, they cannot fix their own product, and they charge obscene prices for chronic incompetence. I will never be using them again, and I strongly advise anyone who values their time, money, or safety to steer clear.

  One of their employees is currently chain smoking sitting in their truck inside the parking garage of the Pinnacle Building making the whole place stink even though they probably are doing a job here and know that the property doesn't allow smoking anywhere.

  They have a great response time and their technicians are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I've had to call them multiple times in the past few weeks and they've been great to work with every single time.
