Although the people answering the phones and taking down information said someone would get back with me, it did not happen. Two phone messages and not a peep either by phone or email. Not a good omen. Disappointing.

After retiring from the USAF & bought a home in 2013 & Titan Gate & Fence built my wooden fence in 2014. 27 Dec 2018, while out of town my sister in law informed me two panels fell. A friend in the construction business looked at the fence the next day & determined that majority of the post were not set in concrete & fractured at ground level. 31 Dec 2018, I contacted Titan at 11am & the answering service stated Randy Barnes or Brent Terry would call me back within hours. The entire back row collapsed at 4pm breaking at ground level. I called again to update the situation & the answering service ensured me someone would call within an hour. I didn’t receive a call until 2 Jan 2019 by Randy. Randy contacted me & came by to take pictures of the fence. I informed Randy I couldn’t keep the fence laying around much longer due to my HOA. Also, I needed a solution because of my dogs. After the visit, Randy stated he remembered performing the work himself. He stated Brent would contact me when he returned from his Hawaii vacation. Terry contacted me & let me know he read my review about my issue. I felt Terry cared about my concerns & he stated, “I’m going to make sure you’re happy”. Terry stated he would be back in the office on 8 Jan & would look into it. Terry needed to talk w/ Randy, since he was working on the issue w/ the wood distributor Merchants Metals. This shouldn’t be difficult since Randy’s fence experience began in 1985 at Merchants Metals. Terry didn’t call 8 Jan & I called him 9 Jan to discuss the issue. Terry was working w/ Merchants Metals & researching why the post fractured. He felt federal requirements of chemicals were causing wood fences to break. Terry requested more time resolving the issue & would have an answer on 15 Jan. I didn’t receive a call from Terry on 15 Jan but received one after I texted him on 16 Jan. Terry started the conversation telling me how Merchants Metals provided a defective product that was the root cause of the failure. Terry told me “you’re not going to be happy” but I am only reimburse you for 32 post at $8. The entire fence was on the ground when Randy called about the issue. The review shouldn’t have triggered a chain reaction of concern. After 20 days passing blame Terry apologetic stated, “This is the best I can do”. Merchants Metal paid Titan for the post then Terry paid me w/ that money. Terry’s company took no accountability for the work provided. I have read the about us section on the Titan website & key items stand out. The first thing is Terry working w/ the military, being retired USAF. The USAF has core values, which inspire us to do our very best at all times. They are the common bond among all comrades in arms & public servants of the past. Integrity first, Service before self, & Excellence in all we do are the USAF core values. Integrity first which means do the right thing even when nobody is looking! Terry blamed Merchants Metals, which his right hand man fence experience began. I dug the post up & 32 of 39 were not even in concrete, which is not excellent. The post not being set in concrete should be the reason Titan takes the blame for the entire product failure. Terry blamed the answering service for the inability to contact me in a timely manner. The website states they “several years ago” recognized the need for a “professional answering service”. You must have integrity by taking responsibility of failures & success. Please google “wooden fence life expectancy” the result reads when treated lumber will last more than 20 years. My fence lasted about 4 years! Terry said he would never have a wooden fence & hates when people call about getting one. Then why sell them unless it is about money & not providing a quality product. I would not recommend this company for ANY kind of work due to the quality of work, inability to take ownership & customer service.

I had over 3000ft of chain link fence installed on my farm by Titan fence and I'm very happy with the job they have done. And the best part is; The price was right, and we are very pleased.

Blown away by Titan's work, efficiency, and price. I don't write a lot of reviews but after seeing the nightmare and money pit a friend recently went through with some "fence guy" he found, I figured I would try to help save someone a lot of heartburn (and money) by sharing my great experience with Titan.
We have two large dogs and two small children, all of whom like to explore. We just bought a house with a fairly large back yard and, especially since we are close to some busier streets, wanted to get the yard fenced in as soon as possible.
We called Titan, and they bent over backwards to work with our schedule and the then homeowner (this was the weekend before we closed), to come take a look at what we wanted/needed/and to get the information they would need to give us a quote.
Not only were they incredibly knowledgeable about fencing, they were so conscientious of home security issues that we weren't even thinking about and of property lines and boundary issues with the neighbors. Given some of the unique issues with our new yard (including one neighbor with sprinklers that are probably on our property in some places), I have a feeling that we would have had some unhappy neighbors right out of the gate, had we not been so fortunate to find Titan.
Because we figured it would be a lot easier, faster, and cheaper, we were originally going to just do chain link. There was no upsell, but since we ultimately wanted wood, we asked if they could give us a quote on both. We were amazed when both quotes were well under what we had budgeted (they also put in gates in three places when we thought we would only be able to afford one). So, we went with the wood.
We closed on a Friday, and they came and set all the fence posts that same afternoon as soon as the property was ours. If the concrete didn't need to dry, I think they would have been done on Friday, too. Came back on Monday morning, and my wife sent me pictures of a gorgeous wooden privacy fence with three gates that was completely finished later that afternoon. I honestly have no idea how they were able to build with such quality, so quickly.
I'm sure there are other fencing companies in Nashville that do good work, but I find it hard to believe that they are out there that do the same quality of work, with the same efficiency, at the same price. Don't think you will be disappointed.
