    RestoPros were incredible to work with!! From the very beginning, the communication was so quick and detailed. Garrett came out quickly to assess our issue and answered all of our questions. Jessie and Cameron did a great job the day of! They were through and quick. They did a great job explaining things and keeping me updated. I would recommend them for any projects!!

    We are so greatful for the super fast response and professional clean up from Bobby and David and the whole Restopro Team. We had a broken drain pipe under our house and didnt find it until after about 2 weeks of its failure when the smell took over our house and we went looking for what we thought was a dead animal. This left tons of raw sewage and standing water in our tight crawl space and we were in desperate need to have it fixed 5 days before Christmas. They had an inspector come out within 2 hours from our call and had the job cleaned and our crawl space fully restored by 1pm the next day! We will forever be greatful for the professionalism and quick work! The house smells perfect and the crawl space is shining!

    Nightmare experience – Save yourself the headache ​If you are looking for professional service, look elsewhere. After they finally finished the job following months of "customer hopping" and delays, they are now harassing me for payments a year later. These costs were supposed to go through insurance, but the company conveniently dodges every attempt my agent makes to contact them. ​To make matters worse, their front office is incredibly unprofessional. I spoke with Tina regarding the billing errors, and instead of helping, she was irate, wouldn't answer my questions as if I owed her money, told me that I was on the line for the payment and refused to let me speak to a supervisor, and eventually hung up on me. This is nasty work and completely unacceptable behavior for someone in customer service. Caveat Emptor. - I'll update when I get the solution; a more sound body employee answered my second call.
