  Anthony, the technician, was great. He was punctual and incredibly thorough with his inspection of our HVAC unit. He created and explained a detailed list of issues he found with the unit and immediate resolutions we could take. I highly recommend Premier to anyone. They’re easy to work with and very helpful. Not to mention competitively priced with great people who truly care.

  Stellar service! Super work team whose only objective was to make sure everything worked correctly and everyone was on the same page. Very respectful of property and pricing was excellent! Highly recommend.

  Premier Heating & Air are my guys for now on. I'm always going to work with this company, as long as they keep doing as they've done lol, but for real, Five Star service!! Just cuz I don't want to write out a whole long thing again. I'm going to copy and paste my message to management about my experience in their text messenger; which actually was very convenient; just another Plus with this company. Cuz others have similar, but there's too much disconnect. So here's the excerpt to express my viewpoint... Quote: "I just wanted to tell the management directly about my great experience! Blake and his crew that came yesterday to do the install of my new furnace(I didn't catch the other guys on the crew's names) and your guy Lorent who came today to do the coolant charge and make sure everything was good; ALL of them did exceptional work with great attitudes, pleasant to work with, and explained things particularly in a way to easily make sense of it, and just got the job done PERFECTLY!! Like I said great attitudes and great way of going about things, and got'er done proper! You guys at Premier Heating & Air got a real solid situation going on. You're going to be our guys for now on for anything else we need, and we're going to make sure to tell everybody we know that y'all are the company to work with! We worked with Hiller in the past...they're garbage, never again! Premiere Heating & Air is the team to work with and I'm going to tell everybody and their mama that. So thanks again for everything, keep up the good work and we most certainly will look forward to work with y'all again if there's ever any issues, as well as the regular maintenance that we have as part of our plan. Management, make sure to show those 4 guys some love, and Lorent sent me a link to the Google review and I'm about to do that here shortly...5 stars and A1 service across the board. Again really appreciate everything, and have a good one!👍🏼🤘🏼" It's like who goes through all that trouble of a long page from a novel speech to management LOL...a happy customer that's who! Which feels rare to find these days, but luckily for me that wasn't the case when I was dealing with Premiere. You'd be doing yourself a favor to hire them for the job!

  Premier heating and cooling were fantastic! Very responsive, came to our home within 24 hrs after my call to assess our storm damaged HVAC and give me a quote on a new replacement Trane. They came out to install the next day. The project manager, Dennis, couldn’t have been nicer and more knowledgeable. His 2 man crew arrived next day, on time, and worked efficiently all day. They were super polite, friendly and great communicators. We couldn’t have asked for better service. I Highly recommend them!
