  Sam, Tucker and Hunter all arrived on time for the installation. All three were friendly yet professional and very knowledgeable about Generac. Everything was explained and tested, all my questions answered before they left. They contacted the electric and gas technicians so I wouldn’t have to.

  Let me start by saying I had a generac in Texas before moving to Tennessee so I had been through this before. I purchased a 48K generator from Premier. It was a cluster getting it installed. They entered the wrong house in a different city. Once after a month of being late they realized thier mistake they finally sent a crew out to install. The only thing that went well was the concrete guys did a decent job. When the generator arrived they did not have the proper equipment to get it off the trailer. Waited 2 more weeks for them to return. After they installed it I had to call them back out to attach the generator to the ground. It also did not have several things it needed. When they returned to fix the issues it was done in a way that I ended up having to repair myself. Now here is where it continues to get worse. Part of my original deal was if I purchased this particular generator I would get 3 years of Service. I called recently to schedule the service and was told that my service had been canceled. When I asked why it was canceled they said well we no longer service Memphis area. I was told because you did not pay for the promo we canceled it. So I bought this 30K generator with a contract and a service contract part of the deal only to have them cancel it without notifying me. They have not turned the service contact over to another local dealer. They basically said tough, deal with it. I would never purchase anything from these guys. They do not stand by their word or contract. *****Update***** After my review I recieved a call from a gentleman named Shawn. He apologized and said they would be honoring the service contract and that is not the way they do business. He said he would have his scheduler call and get my service appt scheduled. A few minutes later I recieved a call to schedule the maintenance. (THIS was last week) We scheduled it for 9/23. This morning a nice young man named Hunter showed up did the service work and figured out the mobilink I had been having issues with. Very knowledgeable young man. He serviced the generator and was on his way. I have revised my ranking based upon the service I recieved from Shawn and Hunter.

  Sam and Aron did a good job installing the generator and pad, the electric panel, the piping, and lines.
