- JPJason PalmerFeb 24, 20261.0Excellent company to work with. Installers are very professional and helpful - Aaron, Cole, and Jeff were amazing. My second generator from Premier, very happy with them. EDIT - The install team is great, the maintenance team is awful. While setting up my new generator I noticed the one at my other house said it was past due for maintenance. I know I pre-paid for maintenance so I called and was told - they will not ever call you to schedule it, even though you pre-paid and I was told they would call me they never did. You cannot get on a maintenance plan and "set it and forget it" - you have to remember to call them every year even though they fully "monitor" the generator though the mobile app. I have 0% confidence that they are actually monitoring anything. The entire point of going with a larger company like this is that they take care of everything - you are much better paying a local small company for this if they are not doing that. There are many Generac certified electricians and companies. Go somewhere where they want your business and can figure out how to call and schedule a maintenance.
