  We called MLS construction and they sent out someone to give us an estimate. He said the owner would need to come out and confirm prices and get measurements. We felt much more comfortable once the owner came out and vouched for this guy as we were not convinced originally. This was to be a side project for him since we were only doing a bathroom remodel. We decide to move forward and he brings a contract that has MLS name on it My husband did not want to sign the contract bc it did not seem to protect us in anyway. We made sure the business licenses, etc were emailed to us before signing and I made the decision to move forward since MLS seemed to be a respectable company. We wrote a check to the guy for half down ($8000). He comes out a demolishes our bathroom within the next week. After that we are in contact with him but never actually comes to get work down. After having no bathroom for months, we call the owner again. It turns out the guy we were working with was fired. We reflect on all the bad choices we made in the experience and ask Alex to just help us get our bathroom done for a reasonable price, as even though this is not fully on them, we did contact His company for the job. He says he will do All he can to help us. We are provided an email of someone to reach out to. We ask for a phone number and have never heard from him again. I have called multiple times just asking for help and never heard back. The person who referred me to Alex, has also given a deposit (much smaller amount) and 6 months later, Alex has not called them back. I recommend not giving a deposit if you choose to move forward with this company. When we finally got another contractor out, he got our project done in 2 weeks and told us it is a red flag when a contractor requires a 50% deposit. Hope this does not happen to anyone else.

  MLS is an excellent builder, super knowledgeable about everything they do, very responsive , and amazing with design options! Highly recommend working with them! We worked with them on multiple clients and I know others that have worked with them that feel the same way. All have had nothing but great things to say! I Highly recommend working with MLS for any of your construction needs! "

  Not sure about their work but the employee driving a black Ram 1500 needs to stay off their phone and learn how to drive.
