- BNBrittany NewmanFeb 16, 20265.0I bought my house in 2024 and some of the wood planks were coming apart but these guys did such a great job communicating with me. They put me in a "showtime of 0800-1200" and I asked if they could come at 0800 so he stated that he could put it in the notes but there is no guarantee. He was here at 0750 and ready to get started. Very respectful, fixed the floors, and left within 15 minutes. Furniture had to be rearranged, things had to be moved and glued down all while my kids were upstairs being loud- he helped with everything. He even helped me move everything back into place. I wish I could give 10 stars because he 100% deserved it.

The office team kept me informed of the progress of the order. When the installation was to be completed, Clays showed up on time, was extremely thorough, even moving the refrigerator and stove to make sure everything was as it should be. I can't thank them enough for making the process so smooth and complete.

Christian repaired the issues and was courteous, professional and did a fantastic job. I recommend using Metro Carpets for 2 reasons. The work performed, and the updated correspondence from the office.
